Cardiff-based agency, Station Rd. Marketing is celebrating two Welsh award nominations this week.

The full service marketing agency has been nominated for the Entrepreneur Wales Awards (EWA) Creative Industries Entrepreneur of the Year award with competition including Jessica Draws, West Coast Wales and Do Digital Realities. It also received recognition at the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Wales Awards where it was nominated for the Agency of the Year Category. Contenders for this award include Equinox PR and Liberty Marketing.

Lyanna Tsakiris, co-founder and managing partner of Station Rd. says, “We are extremely proud of our team at Station Rd and we’re thrilled to have been nominated at two awards ceremonies in Cardiff this year. Marketing and PR is our passion and to be recognised for the work we do is phenomenal.

“We have had a really positive start in establishing the business and we hope that continues as we’re edging towards 2017. We’re up against some tough competition and we wish all nominees the best of luck.”

Both award ceremonies will be held in Cardiff during November. The winner of the EWA awards will be announced on November 9 at the Principality Stadium whilst winners of the CIM Wales awards will be crowned in a ceremony held in Portland House on the 23 November.

The business which is now located in Park Place, Cardiff was originally based at the Caerphilly start-up hub Welsh ICE, Station Rd has come a long way since its beginnings in late 2014 and is now on course to grow significantly in the next year both with regards to its existing team and its current revenue figures.
